RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ftech.pk, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of certain products and our business model, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

CHANGE OF MIND:

Please note that “Change of Mind” is not applicable for any item purchased from Ftech.pk.

CHECK WARRANTY FOR IMPORTED / REPLICA PRODUCTS:

Products that are imported from China or marked as replica come with a 24-hour check warranty only. After 24 hours of receiving the product, no claims will be entertained.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, expired, faulty, or does not match its description, you may request a replacement or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. After this time frame, no claims will be accepted.

REFUND METHOD & TIMING:

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Here’s how it works:

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to place your order.
  • Alternatively, you can request an exchange for the same item.
  • You must ship the product back to us, along with its complete packaging and accessories.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. You can return your item using any reliable courier service.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The contents and packaging must remain intact.
  • Products must be returned in a like-new condition.
  • Items that are damaged, dented, scratched, or unhygienic may not be accepted for return.
  • All accessories and original packaging must be included.
  • Items without proof of purchase may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Carefully read product descriptions before placing an order. If there’s no fault with the product, return or exchange will not be applicable.
